Philip Schmidt, Glimpses of Grandeur

Everything has a story, and Philip is a story teller, intent on learning and sharing those stories.
He's never content with the easy shot, if there is a way to make a better image he's not afraid to put himself or occasionally his wife/model Jackie in harms way.  Each of his works comes with an abbreviated version of the related adventure adhered to the back, making you the viewer, part of the story.

Judy Minor, Making the Common Place, Uncommon.

Judy is a much decorated artist, by which I mean she has many, many awards and accolades to her credit. One has only to look at her work to understand why.
Judy says her subject is the light, and how it creates a mood,. The portrayed object then becomes merely a vessel for the feeling of the piece.

Robert Reid: Renaissance Man

Robert, has had a long and exciting artistic journey.  Now in his mid 80's, he has been showing and selling his work for over 65 years. Bob runs rings around most of us 'youngsters' and has no plans to slow down.
He has worked in most mediums, and includes music in his artistic exploits, playing with a couple of groups including the London Promenade Orchestra where he plays first violin.

Helaine Hindley: Precious

The first time we met Helaine, we turned to each other and said 'What a ball of fire!'
She fairly crackles with energy, and her art sizzles as a result.  Well travelled, her subject matter ranges to all of the corners of the world, the common denominator is a vibrance that  will capture your heart.

Jude Quick: Poetry in Watercolour

Jude is unequivocally a gifted watercolourist.
Have you had the experience of being told how wonderful someone/thing is, only to be disappointed? That won't happen with Jude. Her resume is extremely impressive, and more importantly her paintings are superb.
Her work is a must see in our 'Hall Of Fame' where she is one of our June featured artists.
