Elissa Sisco: Wood Sprite With A Paint Brush

When you are first introduced to Elissa's work her renditions of trees grab you. Each is lovingly rendered, and you have no doubt that this is an individual entity that you are seeing portrayed.
If Wood Sprites are the spirit of the tree, than Elissa is their painterly equivalent.
Knobby Tree 2, Acrylic, 8x10, $95.00

Debra Chantler, Capturing Moments

Debra's work is more often of layered images, resulting in a ghostly ambience that delights and seems to capture what is just beyond our vision.
Though 'Three Amigos' is more grounded in this world, this is another work where the artist's eye saw what others missed.

Kim Yuhasz, Work with a Transcendental Aesthetic

Kim's twin passions of yoga and art often fuse together in art that flows and swirls in a manner that feels meditative.  Close inspection reveals texture and depth that inform the surface the way rocks become ripples on the surface of a stream.

Paul McSherry: Dynamic Glass

Paul's beautiful and original glass art, pulses with creative energy. Not content with 'merely' cutting stained glass for his work, he often fuses glass to create his own glass for his remarkable work. Paul has been with us since the beginning of this grand adventure we lovingly call the Art Emporium, and is looking forward to an exciting 2015!
